Yin is the perfect invitation to unwind, release tension, and give your body the deep rest it craves. $25 drop-in. Kristine Daizy has been a certified yoga teacher since 2014 and reiki master since 2018 she combines her love of movement, care for humanity and intuitiveness to authenticity to meet her clients where they are most needing support with her healing modalities. She believes each of us has an innate wisdom and to tap into that we must slow down and find the still voice of our wisdom inside us. She joyously creates community events in order to connect us back to nature, to other people and to ourselves.
